How we handle your details

Short version: we only use business details that are already public, we contact each business ourselves rather than in bulk, and if you ask us to stop, we stop for good.

Who we are

Bonjour Page is a service of Point Two Global L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (licence 2532724.01), with its office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai. We decide how the details described here are used. You can reach us at hello@bonjourpage.com.

This website

• No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels.
• Our fonts and images are served from our own site, not loaded from other companies.
• Our host, Cloudflare, handles basic technical data such as IP addresses so it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
• The only thing you can send us through this site is a request to stop receiving messages (see below).

Business details we use

To decide which businesses to contact and to build a preview, we use details a business has made public, such as:

• business name, type of business, address and map location;
• public phone number, email address, website and social media links;
• opening hours, menu, services and prices;
• photos the business itself has posted publicly. We use these only inside that business's private preview.

We find these on public listings such as Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and local directories, or on the business's own signs and menus. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not use photos taken by customers or reviewers.

Why we use them

• To prepare a private preview of a website for your business.
• To contact you about it, one business at a time, by email or a direct message, and to reply when you write back.
• To keep a record so that we never contact the same business twice against its wishes.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, ours is a legitimate interest: offering a relevant service to a business using that business's own public details. Every first message we send says who we are, where we found your details, and how to stop further messages.

Previews

• A preview is a private link, labelled as a preview made by Bonjour Page. Search engines are told not to list it.
• It never takes real bookings, orders or payments.
• Nothing is published in your business's name unless you have agreed and paid.
• If you tell us you're not interested, we delete your preview.

How long we keep things

• If you don't reply, we delete your details and your preview within 6 months of our first message.
• If you become a client, we keep what we need to run your website and for our accounts.
• If you ask us to stop, we keep only the contact detail you opted out with (or the reference from our message) and the date, so we can make sure we never contact you again.

Who else sees them

Only the companies that help us run the service: Cloudflare, which hosts this website and our previews, and our email provider. We do not sell or rent anyone's details.

Your choices

• Stop messages: use bonjourpage.com/stop, reply "stop" to any message from us, or write to us.
• See, correct or delete what we hold about you or your business: email hello@bonjourpage.com. We reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we change how we use details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
